Giuliani = Noun + Verb + 9/11

Last night’s presidential debate featured a great one-line from Senator Joe Biden. When asked a question based on Giuliani’s suggestion that Hillary Clinton may not be qualified to be President. Biden attacked Giuliani:

“The irony is Rudy Giuliani, probably the most underqualified man since George Bush to seek the Presidency, is talking about any of the people here.”

Then he delivered the punchline:

“There’s only three things he mentions in a sentence: a noun, a verb and 9/11.”

This is a great line because in one sentence Biden manages to get to the truth of Giuliani. If played enough in the media, this could be a knockout punch.
The Giuliani campaign, recognizing the impact, immediately drafted a response that contained no mention of 9/11.
